1) Why do we offer such a stay?

The purpose of this offer is to allow you to experience deluxe hotel resorts. We know you will enjoy your visit and might return as a paying guest. During your stay both of you have to attend an informative presentation of the resort and our new vacation concept.

2) Do we have to purchase anything when at the resort?

No, there is no obligation to purchase anything.

3) Why do I have to register within 15 days of receiving the congratulations letter?

Upon receiving your letter, you have 15 days to register online. If we do not receive your registration on time, we assume you are not interested in our offer and we reserve the right to pass your stay to the participants on the waiting list.

4) Is the $115 (USD) registration fee per couple or per person? And does it include our children?

The registration fee is per couple/apartment. You may be accompanied by 2 children. They do not have to pay any extra fees if they are under 18 years old. For children age 18 and over, there is an additional registration fee of $45 (USD) per child.

5) Why do we have to pay a registration fee of $115 (USD)?

The registration fee is an administrative service charge for handling your registration and reservation request.

6) Is airfare included in the stay?

No. The stay includes 8 days, 7 nights of free accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children in a fully equipped apartment in a deluxe resort (market value is $2000 (USD) and up depending on season). Airfare, transportation, and meals are at your own expense.

7) May I transfer this gift to someone?

No, this offer is nominative (in your name) and non-transferable.

8) Do we have to register and make a reservation request at the same time?

No. You have to register within the time limit in order to be able to send in your reservation request. You may send in your reservation request at the time of registration or at a later date. You must reserve and use your stay within 1 year of the date you registered. Please request your reservation early enough if you want to travel during school holidays.

9) We want to travel with more than 2 children.

10) I wish to make sure my reservation is confirmed before I buy airline tickets.

Once we receive your reservation request we will check availability, and you will receive a written reservation confirmation via e-mail.

11) Do we have to buy our airline tickets through you?

No, not at all.

12) My reservation is already confirmed but now I need to change the dates. What should I do?

Changing an already confirmed reservation is possible for a fee of $45 (USD).

13) Can I extend my stay by booking additional nights at the resort?

Please contact us. We will check availability and rates.

14) I wish to rent a car before I leave home.

Please contact us. Our rates are very competitive and the vehicles are delivered and returned at the airport.

15) Can we add an "all-inclusive" package to our stay? Is breakfast included in the stay?

No, the resort does not offer "all inclusive" packages and breakfast is not included. Please note that all apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen. There are 2 restaurants on the property offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Grocery shops are also close by.

16) Should I bring towels and bed sheets?

No. Linen, towels, and dishes are provided. A cleaning lady will take care of your housekeeping services.

17) I have paid the registration fee but now I want my money back.

You may request a refund of your registration fee withn 7 days of your registration. Please request so in writing via email.
